A videogame intervention focused on overall health promotion and health advocacy with the goal of encouraging high school students to get STI/HIV testing at the school-based health centers.
PlayTest provides youth skills around overall health promotion and health advocacy with the goal of encouraging them to seek out their healthcare including getting STI/HIV testing.
There is approximately 6 hours of unique gameplay for youth ages 14 to 18 years.
PlayTest focuses on teaching youth how to become their own health advocates by promoting informed decision-making and positive behavior change (ages 14-18, funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development).
