Traditional school suspensions often fail to address the root causes of student behavior, disproportionately affecting Black students and students with disabilities, while removing valuable learning time. With nearly 3 million students suspended each year, educators are seeking more restorative, research-backed alternatives that promote growth instead of punishment. A vaping intervention program offers a proactive, educational approach—helping students understand the risks, develop healthier decision-making skills, and stay engaged in their learning environment, rather than facing exclusion.
